COVID-19 & Service Updates
Dear Super Scoopers Customer,
First and foremost, we hope that you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy during the COVID-19 outbreak. We wanted to let you know that we are taking all the recommended precautions necessary to make sure we are keeping you and our team members safe while serving you during this health crisis. We are currently sanitizing equipment between scoopings, washing hands, disinfecting frequently touched truck surfaces, using hand sanitizer and maintaining social distancing of at least 6 feet from other people, including other team members. We are closely monitoring all orders released from the counties we service to ensure we are following all local recommendations.
Currently Super Scoopers is classified as an essential business under federal and local mandates, as we provide services to promote the safety and sanitation of residences. If for any reason your local government body issues a new order that will affect our ability to operate in your area, we will notify you and update this page as information changes. Below are the current service updates:
Dallas County: Operating as usual
Denton County: Operating as usual
Collin County: Operating as usual
Tarrant County: Operating as usual
Please help us keep our team members safe. We have instructed all scoopers to maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from all people they interact with in the field, and they are instructed not to shake hands or make any type of physical contact with others. Additionally, as many of you may now be working from home, please be mindful that our scoopers may be in your backyard when you let your dogs outside.
We thank you very much for your patience and understanding as we navigate these new changes together. As always, we are extremely grateful for the privilege of serving you.
Warm Regards,
Brian Chesser
